Aluminum plastic composite pipe production line 

PEX-AL-PEX Pipe features:

 

The PEX-AL-PEX composite capitalizes on the corrosion and chemical resistance of plastic and the pressure capacity of metal by laminating the aluminum layer between layers of plastic. The resulting tubing is non-corroding, bendable for form stability, flexible, and resists most acids, salt solutions, alkalis, fats, and oils.

 

Ultrasonic welding PEX-AL-PEX Production Line Description:

The overlap welded PE-X/Al/PE-X multilayer pipe production line designed by Shuangiln Group which produces 5-layer overlap welded PE-X/Al/PE-X pipes with PE, PERT or PEX as the inner pipe, ultrasonic welded thin wall aluminum as the middle layer, and PE or PEX as outer protective layer, using thermosol to adhere plastic and aluminum layers together. The produced pipe diameters can range from 14mm to 110mm. The products conform to American standard ASTM F1281.

Characteristics of Overlap Welded PEX-AL-PEX Pipes

The overlap welded PEX-AL-PEX multi-layer pipe is used to transport hot water, cold water and gas with low pressure requirement. PEX-AL-PEX pipes has the advantages of light weight, easy installation, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, resulting from the integration of the metal and plastic pipes. Its service pressure is up to 0.8Mpa. At present, the overlap welded PE-X/Al/PE-X pipes are widely used in China, East Europe, Middle East, South East Asia, etc.

Overlap Welding PEX-AL-PEX Pipe Production Line Features:

● Mature co-extrusion and ultrasonic welding technique integrated with a completely automatic control system.
Using Stable German/America Amtech ultrasonic welder.

● The produced pipe diameter scope is from 12mm to 32mm, and the aluminum strip thickness is from 0.15mm to 0.3mm. Can reach maximum yield speed at 12m/min. The line is easy to operate and has high stability.

● High Precision Aluminum forming mould system and unique rolics calibration moulds make sure the pipe is produced at perfect roundness and stable condition for welding.

● This PEX-AL-PEX Composite Pipe extrusion line adopts adhesive and glue co-extrusion for inner layer, and separate step extrusion for outer layer. This helps form a strong Aluminum-Plastic adhesion and also facilitates heat dissipation, making it easy to adjust for different sizes replacement.

● Shuanglin’s Overlap Welding PEX-AL-PEX Pipe Production line incorporates a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)  system and a Human Machine Interface (HMI) for the entire pipe extrusion line, making it easier for our clients’ employees to operate. It also realize auto-synchronization across different variables.
