Main technical characteristics
   It adopts high precision extrusion tech equips with PB screw, specialized extrusion mould, high precision extrusion pump, stable vacuum calibration system, which guarantees the multi-layers even distribution.
This line also produ ces the single layer PB pipe.
   Five layer PB-EVOH pipe is better than the three layer PB-EVOH pipe on easier installation, no need to peel the outer layer EVOH, protecting the EVOH layer from damage.
  The extrusion lines adopts PLC closed-loom control systems, HMI operation panel, intelligent distribution solutions, supports synchronization and independent control, multi alarm system of malfunctions, stable and reliable.
   PB is one unique compound of  BUTENE-1 It adopts three layer co-extrusion mould, takes the adhesive to adhere one layer EVOH on the outer layer of PEXb or PE-RT pipe. The EVOH layer performs a good feature on oxygen barrier and a better pipe system for portable water.
   It adopts PLC control system and HMI for whole extrusion line, synchronization function realized, as well as the winding machine. It helps the group machine production management and quality control.
